Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
